The hotel is situated in a charming neighborhood with lovely cafes and parks. the rooms are comfortable and cozy, ensuring a peaceful stay. the attentive service, along with the tasty breakfast, offer a great start to the day. Plus, the beautiful views from the balcony only add to the overall experience.

One area for improvement could be the missing hair dryers and coffee makers in the standard rooms.

the location couldn't be more perfect. mexico city historic center neighborhood is worth seeing.

The hotel was well located, near the night life of Condessa and easy to reach many points of the city by metro or taxi. The room was large and charming. It also had a mini kitchen with a microowave.

The water took a bit long to get warm and there was one night that it just didn´t warm up.

We had a wonderful time in this city thanks to the hotel's great location. Situated in a prime spot in the Roma area, we were in walking distance to some of the trendiest cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as the Historic Centre and a lovely plaza right across the hotel. The hotel facilities were basic but comfortable, and the staff was friendly and spoke great English. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenience of transportation.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, including a mini-fridge and a microwave. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, making my stay even better. , the hotel was really quiet, which was perfect for my work needs.

The bathroom was quite small and the shower could be a little bit better. However, this was not a huge issue since the rest of the room was really good.

The noise level was terrible. The walls were thin and we could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms and outside. Also, the bathroom wasn't very clean and the shower was very small and uncomfortable to use. we didn't have a great experience and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds and ample natural light from the windows. Finally, the breakfast included in the rate was a lovely bonus, providing a satisfying start to my day.
